The ACC Mobile 3 app extends the functionality of Avigilon Control Center™ video management software to mobile devices, allowing security professionals to efficiently monitor their ACC™ systems and respond quickly to incidents from anywhere with network connectivity. It works seamlessly with Avigilon Cloud Services to provide secure remote access to cloud-connected ACC 7 sites, eliminating the need for complex firewall configurations.

Key features of the ACC Mobile 3 app include:

  • Easy sign-in using Avigilon Cloud Services credentials for convenient access to an organization's cloud-connected ACC 7 sites via firewall traversal.
  • Direct connection to ACC 6 or ACC 7 sites not connected to Avigilon Cloud Services by specifying an IP address or hostname, port, and ACC credentials for each site.
  • Live or recorded video viewing from H.264 or H.265 cameras connected to ACC sites.
  • Efficient streaming of high-definition video using High Definition Stream Management (HDSM)™ technology, optimizing network bandwidth usage.
  • Push alarm notifications for instant detection, verification, and action on events like motion or video analytic rule triggers.
  • Analytic bounding boxes displaying detected people and vehicles in video from Avigilon cameras with self-learning analytics.
  • Audio talk down capability for deterring intruders by broadcasting voice audio to cameras with connected speakers (not available for ACC Core edition).
  • Live or recorded audio listening from cameras with a connected microphone (not available for ACC Core edition).
  • Convenient review of recorded video using the recorded video timeline.
  • PTZ camera control, including running tours and moving to defined presets.
  • Multi-camera live viewing using selectable view layouts.

ACC Mobile 3 is compatible with ACC Core, Standard, and Enterprise edition sites. Whether accessed through Avigilon Cloud Services (ACC 7.4.4.14 or a newer version) or directly (ACC 6.2.0 or a newer version), ACC Mobile 3 requires the ACC Web Endpoint component to be installed on ACC sites. The ACC Web Endpoint is pre-installed on Avigilon Network Video Recorders (NVRs) and High Definition Video Appliances (HDVAs), integrated into the firmware for ACC ES Recorders and ACC ES Appliances, and available as a separate download for Windows servers.
